This Moorcroft "Favrile" vase features an Art-Nouveau-style dragonfly motif designed by Nicola Slaney. The designer was inspired by the dragonflies that adorn Tiffany glass lampshades. Although the piece is dated 2000, this refers to the copyright only; the mushroom cypher on the base signfies that this vase was made in 2002. The Favrile design was produced in limited quantities for certain retailers, and so there is relatively little of it available on the market.  This piece measures 5.5" tall.
